Nutritional Therapist Sacha Haia with dog Koba

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I strive to empower and encourage others to find themselves worthy of living a deeply nourished life from the inside out! As this life will surely come with its challenges, I want to help equip you to feel confident that you are not chained to your symptoms.  We can find true freedom in getting to the root cause, making mindful choices daily, protecting our balance, and choosing to pursue optimal wellness.

Over a decade ago, I could not say my lifestyle was marked by the characteristics described above. I distinctly remember an evening where I, as a grown woman, sobbed in my mother’s arms as I sat covered in full body hives on the bathroom floor. I had battled this for years; I had tried all the creams, the medicines, and the antibiotics, but still there were no answers.

Tired of hearing band-aid solutions that just masked the bigger issue, I took a deep dive into a holistic approach. Like many of you, I was desperate for change. I worked hard to uncover answers myself for my extreme bloat and gas, gut pain, brain fog, hives, rashes, and unbearable itchy skin. I am grateful to God for the journey as it has brought about true freedom from symptoms and where to keep my focus. Through this journey, it has also ignited my passion to support and champion others through their own transformational work!

As a NTP, my hope is to make you feel heard and simplify the steps to reaching your goals. Together we will build an educational foundation of wellness, and work together to establish a roadmap that meets your unique bio-individual needs so that you can finally overcome those pesky symptoms, reclaim your health, support proper function, and thrive in the beautiful vessel God has designed.
